My objectives is to use my experiment in public relation , working as agent of reception.
Being an hotel receptionist made a success of me, because I really feel at ease in the contact of the customer, certainly grace in my dynamism and my
sense of the adatability.
I find gratifying to reassure a customer and to answer his requests.
During my career, I was able to work my sense of the organization and the responsibilities. Although I enjoy the work of reception clerk, I feel the
need to success in another work experience.

Mission: As desk clerk I am in charge of the good progress of customers' stay in the hotel by making these tasks:
- care of the customer, to inform them about the area, the businesses and the transport, the surrounding tourism.
- do the bookings, the follow-up of the booking until the arrival.
-Check-in customers, presentation of the hotel, its services
-Check-out customers, payements.

Mission: Welcome the visitors of the site. Sort out, Distribute, and freethe mail. Treat the deliveries of parcel. Manage the switchboard. Do the booking of the rooms of seminary of the site.
