Mission:
Manage all the new projects and modifications (civil scope) in the plant, base camp, wellheads and manifolds; using external contractors, through
the following tasks:
-Elaboration of technical and commercial studies of new works, such as plans, specifications, planning and cost estimation (budgets)
-Preparation of implementation files such as service orders , quotes
-Ensure the supervision on sites of all civil activities; such as roads maintenance, airstrips and other miscellaneous activities
-Preparation of work permits and related authorization sheets such as risk assessment and method statement
-Attend and lead work meetings, and safety meetings with contractors
-Preparation of planning, PMS and ensure the weekly refresh
-Preparation of requisitions and work orders on DATASTREAM (D7i) system
-Update of all drawings on AUTOCAD further to modifications reported and keep records in Documentum
-Collaborate with other disciplines such as process, electrical, piping
Mission:
Responsibilities included managing the technical service, insuring the quantity surveying, schedule work, procurement and order supplies and
equipments. Manage a staff of workers on site.
-Prepare the projected execution plan of the project (personnel, material, procurement according to the muster planning
-Manage a team consisting of planner, QA/QC inspectors, Quantity surveyor, surveyors and warehouse keepers
-Manage the technical parts (Specification, technical supervision and payment.........) of the contract and study the contract clauses, follow the
planning of works, determine the causes of all perturbations during realization, suggest corrective recommendations such as the rectification
planning .Attend actualization meetings of planning with the client.
-Study all modification requests of engineering (SER).
-Elaborate weekly and monthly reports of work progress.
-Prepare invoicing files (minutes of calculation, attachments, invoices…)
