Mission: As Principal Project Manager assigned to the NATO C3 Agency €1b Alliance Automated Information System programme, solicit software and hardware acquisition, software engineering, system integration and information security support.

As Programme Manager, I supervise the stabilization and enhancement of one the main critical North Atlantic Treaty Organization operational system, the Maritime Command & Control Information System (MCCIS). There is a vast user base, spread all over the world mainly within the EMEA area.

Introducing new tools and techniques for fostering good communication and fast results but also thanks to a strong focussed personality, MCCIS users from 21 NATO sites and 26 Nations acknowledge that decisions materialised into concrete results that better suit their needs. My software engineers are based in San Diego (US), The Hague (NL) and Southampton (UK).

Means: Definite period contract on a rotational post ending in Sep. 2008. Seeking new assignments.

Appraisal: - Manage the Maritime Command and Control Information System (MCCIS) Stabilisation and Enhancement programme: a large, complex and critical mission aiming at transferring the responsibility for the MCCIS from the Allied Command Transformation (ACT) to Allied Command Operations (ACO) contingent upon the completion of enhancements to the existing hardware and the Northrop Grumman commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software and training materials and the establishment of new support procedures and capabilities for the NATO CIS Services Agency (NCSA).
- As Deputy Project Manager for the Functional Services Integration project, managed the PRINCE2 Process Action Team based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) approach which led to the acceptance within the Bi-SC AIS Integrated Programme Team of a formal project management methodology.
- Implemented Earned Value Analysis (EVA) technique with contractors for progress status reporting.
