Mission : Increase the intrinsic reactivity of clinker (intermediate product in cement production) in order to optimize the process, to reduce the CO2 emissions, the energy consumption and the cost of production .
I have had to use different kind of analysers to determine the real quality of our products.
I am skilled in chemistry, metrology as well as quality and employees management (5 people), and I have been a microscopic specialist for 5 years.
I have been responsible for checking and for calibrating X-rays photometer, sulphur and carbon analyser, free lime analyser ...
Personal implication in the way to the certification ISO 9001 (2000) and ISO 14001.
Means : X-ray analysis, microscopic and macroscopic observations, thermogravimetric analysis like DCS or TGA , Chromatography, ICP and complementary analysis.

Appraisal : We have managed to improve the clinker reactivity index from 240 to 160 in a year thanks to an optimized process.
