SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Agronomist Engineer in Phytotechny (A level in sciences + 5 years) equivalent of french MASTER 1. Trained in Project Management at BIOFORCE DEVELOPMENT Institute/ FRANCE. Management and building capacities of local and technical staff. Excellent public speaker. Knowledge of Humanitarian International Rights
• Work Experience: 8 years, including 4 in the humanitarian field
• Project management: Project Manager (3 years) food security in Program unit. Assessment and monitoring tools and project cycle management. Writing of project proposals, implementation of projects, follow-up, monitoring and evaluation tools
• Refugees and IDP: experience in identification, registration, implementation and management of camps (refugees and Displaced People). Management and distribution of food and non-food items (more than 3000 people).
• Finance: monthly / annual Cash flows forecasts, monthly/quarterly cash request at headquarters. Monthly/quarterly financial report . Experience with Tax Office rules and procedures . Budget management.
• Human resources: staff recruitment, training, staff capacity building
• Administration: regular (monthly) reports. Staff Payroll , Excellent writing skills

The CFSRP activities include : Seed fairs & food distribution (over 10000 clients), Fish farming, seed multiplication, multiplication of cassava cuts(Combat mosaic), support to Nutritional and Therapeutic Health centers (CNT and CNS)
