Mission: I was in my last training period over the Vatel Studies; my responsibilities were to manage a team and be responsible
of all the orders for the hotel, as well as doing the end of periods inventories.

Mission: I was in charge of the restaurant, service… due to the small size of the restaurant (50 seats max and 5 rooms), I
