International Project Manager for over 15 years, I have noted that many companies suffer from difficulties in the transverse organization of IT projects they generate. These difficulties are often related to the cross and environmental management projects and too often, lack of support for those involved and impacted by the changes inherent in the projects themselves.
My successful experience in France and abroad gives me a good idea of the technical and organizational feasibility of projects entrusted to me. It also leads me to anticipate the needs and expectations of users as well as their fears and allows me to ensure effective and responsive my role as project manager.
I Looking for a mission as transversal project manager and/or change manager, if possible in an international environment or even abroad, ideally in Eastern Europe.
My goal, in addition to sharing my experience in the transversal project management acquired in American and European (EU) major companies, is the completed it in Eastern Europe, as Moscow or Kiev where I have had the pleasure of working briefly, or Zagreb in Croatia, new entry into the EU, my international experience in project management.
I wish put all my skills in international transversal project management and/ or change management to serving in international companies and demonstrate the value of a profile like mine in a reorganization, computer (whether application or simply much more complex) or organizational.
My experience in project management, change management and project communication combined with my IT knowledge and technical skills as contribute to facilitate a complete understanding of the transverse projects I manage, and I am able to take into account the risk factors and impacts, be they technical or human environment.
This process, tested successfully in France as well as abroad, allows me to execute my role as project manager with the utmost efficiency.
My European passport gives me the opportunity to get around and work in the EU but outside the EU as Ukraine or at the request of the company in Moscow, Russia but also in most of Africa (North and Sub-Saharan), or in Saudi Arabia.
