I am looking for a job opportunity as an international transversal project manager with the possibility to work abroad in an international company, ideally in Eastern Europe (Moscow, Kiev, Karhkov).

My goal is to complete my experience of the transversal project and the Change management on site and then share all my transverse project management skills acquired and proven in large international companies.

My international and transversal project manager skills rely on more than 20 years of experience in computing key positions such as, Director, Manager and coordinator of project at all levels, decision (making, organizational and Executive), Developer, computer Technician and network Administrator, technical teams Manager, teaching project and change Manager in large companies, systems integrators and computer editors. This experience of the most complete international and transverse project management in the major IT departments allows me to pretend to the position of Senior IS international and transverse project manager

My observation:
Over the years, I have noticed that many companies suffer from difficulties in the management of the transverse organization of IT projects they generate. Those difficulties are often related to the transversal and environment management of the projects and too often, lack of support for people involved and impacted by the changes inherent in the projects themselves

My solution:
My successful experience in France and abroad gives me a good idea of the technical and organizational feasibility of projects entrusted to me. It also leads me to anticipate the needs and expectations of users as well as their fears and allows me to be effective and responsive in my role of project manager and contribute to facilitate a complete understanding of the transverse projects I manage, and I am able to take into account the risk factors and impacts, be they technical or human environment.

Office automation trainer (CDF and iB), I am aimed at the management and coordination of educational projects and change management.
