The sectors that interest me more specifically are:

IT and Telecommunications

Engineering / Technical Jobs

Human Resources

Hello and welcome to my profile

I have noticed that most companies suffer from difficulties in managing the IT projects that they generate.

I have been managing and coordinating IT projects for more than 15 years. In addition to transverse project management, I have a great deal of experience in handling project communication, and also change management.

Being highly adaptable, my diverse career, combined with my IT skills and technical knowledge, as well as my teaching experience, quickly allows me to understand the needs and expectations of both the IT department and the end users, and then combine them for a better assimilation of the resulting change. This combination also allows me to anticipate the feasibility of projects which are entrusted to me, then organize the necessary actions to be taken by both the IT or technical departments, and the users in the field.

My skills in project management, change management and communication, combined with my technical knowledge and experience, thus facilitate a complete understanding of the transverse projects I lead, and I am able to take into account the risk factors and impacts, be they technical or human, of the project on the current environment.

This process, tested successfully in France as well as abroad, allows me to execute my role as project manager with the utmost efficiency.
