Mission: Designer for network and system security policy.
Security components specification and implementation (firewalls, mail gateways, proxies and reverse proxies, DNS, IPS, VPN, AV subsystems).
Technical referent for information systems security manager and members of system and network teams.

Means: Closely work with clients to ensure that overall architectures are compliant with security policies, and provide risk assessment.
Review and audit systems and applications.
Provide hands on technical expertise and insights to members of system and network teams.
Evaluate and select suitable products from 3rd party software vendors, then engage, negotiate, build and sustain key relationships with these vendors.
Have and maintain an awareness and understanding of current technical market trends and what's involved in building a secure service oriented architecture in a heterogeneous, connected systems environment.
Develop and maintain an in depth, hands on understanding whole security technologies or products used by group.

Appraisal: Strong experience in security architecture design in heterogeneous and connected systems environments.
Strong experience in large projects management.
