I am french student just graduated with a master international business management specialization marketing in Uk. I am graduate on HNC Managament Companies
in France. I am looking for a job in sales marketing department. I can move everywhere. And I am very attracted by the sporting goods industry. Actually, I
have done a work placement in perfumes and cosmetics company, Sephora, in France where I exerced more a management mission. However, I have accomplished an
internship for a snowboard clothes company in Vermont, USA, where I was in charge of promoting the brand in Europe, viral marketing and more...I am trying to
enhance my experience and to reach some contacts in this industry, that's why I have been to Munich for the ISPO trade show (january 2008) as exhibitor for
my previous internship company.
I am more interested in small companies because I think that it allowed to be more polyvalent, to learn fast and to build a start for a project career. So,
if you are looking for someone reliable who can help you to grow your business, it could be interresting for you to meet me, so let me know!!

Sephora
Mission: Internship during my HNC Management Companies, 18 weeks split in 2 periods.
Firstly, the first big part of this work placement was sales. Sephora is a subsidiary of the LVMH Group, they retail perfumes and cosmetics.
Additionally, I have been in charge to coach new interns, to prepare and lead sales meetings, different brainstorming. Furthermore, I set up
ponctual operations like partnership with others companies for the Valentine day for example.
However the big issue of this placement was to drive a project from A to Z which consisted of finding companies partnership to reach new customers.
Means: I used a market survey to understand and define an effective business plan for the project. After that, a long process of
calling and appointments.
Furthermore, I created catalogs and ads to spread the word.
Finally, I set up a guide of the project in case of the manager decided to drive again the operation.
Appraisal: The financial objective for the first operation (the operation ran one 6 days) was around 1200 €. The final breakdown for the week was 5100€. It was a success. With more than 40 partnership, the manager decided to valid the project and he has done it again four times a year thanks to the guide that I provided to them.
