Mission: my current role is supervisor, overseeing the running of the store by either opening or closing it. also ordering stock and booking in deliveries,i also do stock control as exceptions and negatives,but feel more importantly maintaining good customer relations and i happy environment for staff and customers. and also I'm the stores charity champion as i organise all are fund raising events.

Means: I am usually in sole charge of store as manager has different shifts so i have to make decisions on my own judgement and also organise the staff by delegating them there duty's also if a problem arises i have to deal with them or if i can't find the recources of somebody who can.

Appraisal: in the nearly 3 yrs that i have worked there i have learned many aspects of the job, on the business side marketing in a positive manner is at the forefront off a business success, which then leads to greater financial profit. at the co-op we do a promotion change every 18 days which takes a lot of organising but with having a quick turn around of offers keeps customers interested in coming back to us.
