I am a 32 year old Algerian man . I am married. I started in drilling when I was 19. At that time , I started to prepare my Bachelor of Science in petroleum drilling at the University of Boumerdes in Algeria ( a very famous University in Algeria).
I developed my knowledge in drilling by practice . I discovered that there are many other important things in that field such as : safety management , human resourses management ,building good relations with costumers , training the personnel , the ability to take the right decisions.
I discovered that there are many fields that interfere with the field of oil. This led me to develop my skils in order to master all this.
As a result I got interested in the protection of environment and being a member of an environmental club in my town . I am planning to prepare a master's degree in HSE ,and reading books about management ,team leading , innovation , meeting conducting . Iam interested a lot in learning foreign langauges.

Mission: * To operate and monitor all drilling systems and equipment
* Supervise all drill crew work activities and complete appropriate drilling documentation to the satisfaction of the client, Company management and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations
* To maintain the cost efficiency of the operation
* To actively participate in the development of personnel
Assistant Driller
Mission: * Assist Driller in all functions as needed
* Help reposition and set up the drilling rig
* Operate the drilling rig
* Dismantle the drilling rig when needed
* Help operate pumps and other associated equipment
* Assist with safety functions and adheres to all safety rules
* Report to Driller .
Assistant Driller Trainee

Mission: Get the basic skills( drilling courses- HSE trainings) to be an assistant driller.
