Mission: Implement PMO methodology, processes and templates for a Treasury and Capital Market Transformation Programme. Create and Consolidate Global Project Health status and Reporting for the intiative.
Means: Responsible for creating, maintaining and enforcing PMO templates, toolkit and processes
Responsible for creating and maintaining the programme budget, planning, resource plan, action items list and artifacts.
Coordinate 15 project managers and gather information to provide a global centralized reporting

Mission: Manage multiple infrastructure projects across the organization and assist in building a PMO office.
Means: Responsible and accountable for delivery projects on-time, on-budget, and meeting functional and quality specifications
Used approved processes, templates, and tools to execute project delivery and receives waivers for acceptable exceptions
Used established scheduling techniques to derive the project schedules, identified the critical path and potential risks.

Mission: Implement a centralized PMO office for IT with standard methodology, processes and tools for the organizations. Create and maintain global reporting for the entire IT project portfolio.
Means: Managed the Project Management office; supervised a team of 5 project management officers and supported about 30 project managers, 50 projects a year and a 40 million project budget envelope to develop 3 main internal clients
Led and organized the Portfolio Review Committee with C-Level executives across the organization on a weekly basis; delivered key messages via efficient PowerPoint presentations, top level management decisional reporting and Executive Summary Memos
Mentored and trained Project Managers of the organization through individual sessions and large group presentations
